A structured bearing RFQ helps manufacturers quote the same technical and commercial scope. It also gives buyers a record of the assumptions behind price, lead time and inspection documentation.
Define the technical baseline
State the complete model and suffix whenever possible. Add boundary dimensions, material, precision class, internal clearance, seal type, cage, lubrication and application. If the designation is unknown, attach a drawing and clear photographs of the bearing markings.
Define quality and documentation
List the dimensions or performance items that require inspection and identify the documentation expected with samples or production batches. Certification scope and validity should be verified against the quoted legal entity and product configuration.
Define the commercial scope
Provide sample quantity, production quantity, annual forecast, packaging format, delivery destination and preferred Incoterm. This allows the factory to confirm MOQ, tooling or artwork requirements, production schedule and export packing in one quotation.
